How long does a Sprint take?
Three weeks from kickoff to handover. Week one is diagnosis -I learn your business, your workflows, your pain points. Week two is build -I configure Claude for every function and create systems specific to your team. Week three is handover and training, plus a 30-day adoption plan.
What happens after the Sprint?
Most clients want ongoing support. The Sprint shows you what's possible; the operating partner relationship is where we keep improving how your business runs. Monthly retainer, direct access to me, continuous implementation.
Is this just about Claude / AI?
No. AI is one tool. I also work on workflow redesign, process automation, operational systems, and sometimes the answer is simpler than technology -it's stopping something, combining two roles, or changing how decisions get made. Business fundamentals first.
