ROI for AI

AI returns tool for leaders on the ROI for AI Bootcamp, with The Performance Academy

1% on each of seven drivers lifts EBITDA by 67.7% in the modelled example.

Drivers: seven of EBITDA, then AI play: one per driver, then Gain: 1% each, then Compounding: through the P&L, then Leader: chooses where

Modelled example from The Performance Academy: 1% on each of the seven drivers.

The problem.

Leaders were being sold AI on hours saved. Nobody was showing them how to turn those hours into returns on their own P&L, so most could not point to what their AI spending had earned.

What we built.

With The Performance Academy, for the ROI for AI Bootcamp: tools that aim AI at the seven drivers of EBITDA. Lead volume, conversion, deal size, sales mix, gross margin, overhead spend and overhead efficiency.

A one-percent calculator shows what 1% on each driver does as it compounds through the P&L to EBITDA and valuation. A time dividend calculator takes the hours AI frees up and spreads them across the same seven drivers, on the business's own numbers.

Alongside them, a session platform of live AI demos, so leaders see each play running before they choose one.

How it runs.

  1. Drivers

    The seven drivers of EBITDA

  2. Hours

    Freed up by AI, counted

  3. Gains

1% at a time, per driver

  4. Compounding

    Through the P&L to EBITDA

  5. Leader

    Chooses where to aim

What changed.

In The Performance Academy's modelled example, 1% on each of the seven drivers lifts revenue by 10.6% and EBITDA by 67.7%.

Leaders size the prize on their own numbers before they buy anything.

Where the human sits.

The leader chooses where to aim, and the tools only size the options.
