Strategy Assessment
One week. The scoping deliverable that decides what an engagement looks like, short or long, narrow or wide, light or heavy on my time. The engagement itself runs as a Fractional Chief AI Officer mandate.
The fee deducts from implementation if you proceed. For eligible businesses the week itself can be fully funded. No deck, no pitch, no obligation beyond the week.
One operator inside your business for a week
No deck-builder. No analyst team. Me, on-site or remote, in your operations long enough to see how you actually run.
Workflow walkthrough
I sit with your operators and watch the work happen. Where the friction sits. Where the leverage already is. Where AI multiplies the revenue engine, and where it doesn’t.
C-level workshop
One working session with the decision-maker. We pressure-test what matters, what to do first, and what to leave alone.
Impact quantified
Hours, headcount, margin. Not a guess. Numbers a CFO can defend.
Funding check
Whether a government-funded delivery layer can sit underneath the engagement. We test the eligibility before we propose anything.
A document and a decision
By the end of the week, you have one document and one decision. The document is the engagement scope. The decision is whether to proceed.
- Workflow priorities, ranked. The three to five workflows that matter, ordered by impact and feasibility.
- Engagement scope. Duration, depth, my time commitment, your team’s commitment, what the funded layer covers.
- Strategy KPIs. What we measure month one. What we measure month six. What good looks like.
- Go or no-go. If the numbers don’t support a longer engagement, the Assessment ends there. You keep the document. The fee covered the work.
- If go: fee credited. The Assessment fee deducts from implementation. You don’t pay for it twice.
Leaders ready to commit to a real diagnostic
Right for you if…
- You run a UK business with revenue and a working operating model
- You have bought AI tools your team is not operationalising
- You want internal capability that lasts after the operator leaves
- You can commit a week of operator and leadership time
Probably not if…
- You want a strategy deck and no implementation
- You want someone to hand over a report and leave
- You’re not yet ready to commit to real change inside the business
- You need motivation rather than implementation
Book a discovery call
Thirty minutes. No deck. We work out whether the Assessment is the right next step, and if so, when to run it. Pricing is shared on the call.
