Download the .zip file, unzip it, and you'll see a folder called content-engine-starter containing your skills, commands, and brand config.
Open Claude Desktop → Settings → Plugins → Install from folder. Select the content-engine-starter folder. In Cowork, drag the folder into your workspace. The plugin appears in your skill list immediately.
Type /setup in any conversation. Answer 10 questions about your brand, audience, voice, and platforms. Takes about 10 minutes. Every skill will reference your config automatically from that point on.
