Who's Running This

I'm Alex Lockey. I've spent 20 years building and running lean businesses. I founded Bolt Search in 2016, grew it, then replaced most of the team with systems. I built FATP (a UK training provider marketplace), Tiding (an autonomous systems lab), and operating dashboards for a growing artisan food retail business.

I'm not teaching theory. I'm sharing what I actually do — and creating a space for other operators to do the same. I coined the term "Leanpreneur" in March 2024 and I'm building a business around this worldview.
